VMORA SRL is the controller for data relating to its contact enquiries. For questions or to exercise your rights, email info@v-mora.be or write to the registered office shown in the legal notice.
Browsing
The site presents content without forms, user accounts or a visitor or prospect database. It does not store information entered in your email application and contains no advertising tools, audience analytics, embedded maps or videos. No traffic, referral-source or country-of-origin statistics are implemented at present. Fonts and images are served locally. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the service: IP address, date, URL and browser information. The basis is the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website.
Email & phone
Mailto and tel links open your email or phone application. Clicking a link does not automatically send a message or record an enquiry on the site. If you actually contact us, we process the details and information you provide to respond and, where relevant, prepare a project. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to other correspondence. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Recipients & providers
Information is intended for authorised persons at Vmora. Application hosting is provided by Laravel Cloud in Europe; Hostinger manages the domain and info@v-mora.be email. These providers may process technical data or correspondence needed to deliver their services. No OpenAI service is called when you visit: illustrations were created beforehand.
Retention & transfers
The site does not maintain visitor or contact-enquiry records. Messages you send are handled in email, outside the site, for as long as needed to respond and then in accordance with obligations arising from any contractual relationship. Arrangements for retaining technical logs and email, and any transfers outside the EEA and their safeguards, are described in the data protection policies of Laravel Cloud (cloud.laravel.com) and Hostinger (hostinger.com).
